Please check your email for your QUANTUM SHIP NOTIFICATION. It contains your UPS tracking number. Also click here before contacting us to see if you have allowed 1-2 days for your order to be packaged and for the UPS time in transit.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days in order for tracking to become live in the UPS database. To track an order you placed, please enter the order number from your confirmation email or your invoice number if placed by phone:

 

 When contacting us concerning order status, please make sure to include the billing name that your order was placed under.
